JJ Avenue Productions is a media and public relations company founded by journalist Jennifer Jean Miller, in June 2012. Through it, she has assisted a number of area businesses to help get the word out about their products, services, and accomplishments.

Jennifer founded NJInsideScene.com in 2013, a news site for Northwest New Jersey, that also offers affordable and generous marketing programs for area businesses. NJInsideScene.com now offers a destination for those seeking online, objective and honest news coverage in Northwest New Jersey and has a growing and vibrant readership and Facebook Page following. NJInsideScene.com was twice nominated for a New Business Award for Sussex County's Economic Development Partnership.

Jennifer is also the founder of the entertainment news site, InsideScene.LA, and the author of the book, Marilyn Monroe & Joe DiMaggio - Love In Japan, Korea and Beyond, as well as the Arcadia Publishing Images of America Book about Stanhope and Byram.

Jennifer has an extensive background in journalism, and has served as a freelance reporter for Straus News, LH! Weekly, and The Alternative Press. She was the managing editor of The Alternative Press sites in Sussex County, garnering award nominations for the Economic Innovation Award for the Economic Development Partnership, and with the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce nominations for an Entrepreneurial Success Award and Young Business Leader.

She received an award nomination for one of her photos with the National Newspaper Association as a Straus News reporter, and received the 2010 New Jersey Governor's Council on Mental Health Stigma's Media and Entertainment Award, for objectivity and sensitivity in reporting on mental health issues.

Jennifer also holds corporate news experience, with some of her photos appearing in Bayer's employee magazine, and embarking on a special project with Reuters News Service during election season.

Jennifer spent nearly a decade in the corporate sector, and understands the art of networking, business relations and negotiations from her time in Corporate America, including having worked in New York City for some of her career. In addition to her work in corporations, Jennifer was a teacher who taught French for travelers courses. Her degree is in French Secondary Education, with a minor in Political Science, and she holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the State University of New York. She has a fluency in the French Language, and studied for a semester overseas at the University of Neuchatel in Switzerland. She also speaks some Spanish and German.
